How much will my project cost?
There are many variables that will affect the cost of your project. These variables include how many pages you are going to have, if you will be selling products on your website, do you need things like a photo gallery, will you be using stock photography, all these things factor in when pricing a website project.

For print projects there are a few variables as well. These variables include how many pages, do you have your own images or will you be using stock photography, do you require illustration, is your job a rush job, all these things factor in when pricing a print project.

How long will it take to complete my project?
There is no exact time frame since every project differs in scope. Time frame is determined by the size and complexity of your project. There are many factors that can affect the timeframe, such as your availability and response time with content for the project as well as our current workload.

What is a basic overview of the process from start to finish?

While the process varies slightly from project to project, we first define the scope of the project, propose solutions to the problems, produce the project, test it thoroughly, and then launch the project. We then slip behind the scenes and maintain the site for you until updates or new work is needed. All projects require a great deal of work throughout the process on both ends, yours and ours. What information do you need from me to start my web site?

If you already have your domain name and hosting company, we will ask for your domain name, login and password for hosting company. If you do not have this information we can assist you with both domain name registration and finding the right hosting company for your needs. In addition we will need all content you require for your web site including links, PDF’s, forms, images, movies, logo, etc…

What is Flash?

Flash is a vector animation software, originally designed to create animations for display on web pages. Vector graphics are ideal for the web because they are so lightweight. Flash allows you to create animations, interactive forms and web sites, games and other attracting and engaging features to be embedded in web pages for a rich web experience. Shopping cart software is an operating system used to allow consumers to purchase goods and or services, track customers, and tie together all aspects of ecommerce into one cohesive whole. The idea is one of an invisible shopping cart. You enter an online store, see a product that fulfills your demand and you place it into your virtual shopping cart. When you are through browsing, you click checkout and complete the transaction by providing payment information.

The higher your web site ranks in the results of a search, the greater the chance your site will be visited by a user.

What is a SSL Certificate?

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, it is a protocol that allows two programs to communicate with each other in a secure way. SSL provides privacy for information gathered on your site. An SSL certificate is digitally "signed" by a certificate authority that web browsers already trust. This allows the web browser to verify the identity of a secure site before sending private personal information, such as bank account or credit card numbers.
